The board of directors of the Carrie E. and Leva V. Glenn Foundation has given a Fiftieth Anniversary of Grantmaking gift of $50,000 to the Gaston County Education Foundation to establish the Glenn Sisters Legacy Grant for Educators.  This grant will provide financial assistance for educators in Gaston County public schools seeking to fund continuing education, certification/re-certification, and leadership development courses.   Individual grants will be awarded annually by the Gaston County Education Foundation through an application process beginning with the 2023-24 school year.

Our hope is that this fund will help educators enhance the learning environment in the Gaston County school system and continue the legacy of the Glenn Sisters!
